Includes one round of proposal drafts (approx. 3 hours drawing time). Every project starts here — you can stop after Stage 1 with no obligation to continue.

Proposed floor plans, elevations, and services plan.
Full Planning Application Pack
£1,199 total, inclusive of Stage 1 and Stage 2 fees already paid— not charged on top. Includes everything from Stages 1 and 2, plus the full planning application drawing set.

- Existing elevations
- Proposed elevations
- Location plan
- Block plan
- Planning-ready drawing set
- Two rounds of planning amendments
Includes two rounds of revisions if the local authority requests changes (e.g. skip/waste location, parking layout).
A customer can stop after Stage 1 with no obligation to continue. If they return later to progress to Stage 3, the Stage 1 fee still counts toward the £1,199. If a customer already has their own existing DWG plans, that amount can be deducted from the Stage 3 price after a short review to confirm the drawings are usable.
