Includes two rounds of revisions if the local authority requests changes (e.g. skip/waste location, parking layout).
A customer can stop after Stage 1 or Stage 2 with no obligation to continue. If they return later to progress to Stage 3, the fees already paid still count toward the £1,199. If a customer already has their own existing DWG plans, that amount can be deducted from the Stage 3 price after a short review to confirm the drawings are usable.
