Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

Aries CAD provides CAD drafting and drawing services for residential and commercial projects throughout the UK.

• Existing floor plans
• Proposed floor plans
• Elevations
• Planning drawing packages
• M&E drawings
• Utility drawing amendments
• PDF to DWG conversion
• Other CAD drafting services as agreed

2. Quotations

• All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
• Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.

3. Acceptance

• Work will only commence once the client has confirmed acceptance of the quotation in writing by email.
• Acceptance of a quotation confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate information, dimensions, sketches, drawings and project requirements.
• Aries CAD cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.

5. Revisions

• Unless otherwise agreed, one reasonable round of minor amendments is included within the quoted fee.
• Additional revisions or changes to the project brief may incur additional charges.

6. Planning Drawings

• Planning drawings are prepared to support planning applications.
• Approval of a planning application is entirely at the discretion of the Local Planning Authority and cannot be guaranteed.
• Planning application fees are not included unless specifically stated.

7. Building Regulations

• Where structural calculations or specialist engineering input is required, these remain the responsibility of the appointed structural engineer or other suitably qualified professional.
• Aries CAD does not certify structural designs or calculations.

8. Copyright

• All drawings remain the intellectual property of Aries CAD until full payment has been received.
• Following payment, the client receives a licence to use the drawings for the agreed project only.

9. Payment

• Payment terms will be stated on the quotation or invoice.
• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 7 days.
• Aries CAD reserves the right to withhold final drawings until payment has been received in full.

10. Cancellations

• If work is cancelled after commencement, Aries CAD reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Aries CAD's liability shall be limited to the total value of the services supplied.
• Aries CAD shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from the use of its drawings or services.

12. Website Information

• Information published on the Aries CAD website is provided for general guidance only and may be updated without notice.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
